As executive director of The Zinniah Foundation (TZF), Ms. Muñoz advocates for the future generation of beauty and business leaders. Zinniah's mission is to increase human potential through ways of her career and charity. She graduated high school a valedictorian and a New York State licensed professional Cosmetologist, then studied Business and Economics at NYU and the University of Hawai'i. Along with directing the New York based 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization, The Zinniah Foundation, she works full-time on her beauty consultation business working with high profile clients like Vogue Italia, Tiffany's, and Nike. As an esteemed hairstylist and esthetician, Zinniah personifies professionalism, hard work, and loyalty. Her work aligns herself with clients who share the belief and understanding that the quality of the final product should be exceeded only by the quality of service.

Programs and Service Delivery

Angelica holds a special place in our hearts as Vice President and creative Program Director. Angie is a visionnaire, revolutionnaire, and a driving force behind TZF. She works full-time \ as a property manager in Westchester, NY. Ms. Ordoñez has an impressive record of successful entrepreneurial endeavors, including carpentry and sports management. When she was not co-managing NFL careers at Miami-based sports management company, CreativePro, she was over-seeing carpentry contracts at some of NYC's landmark buildings. Through years of fighting sexism, discouraging influences, and corporate injustice, Angie learned the value of being your own #GIRLBOSS, financial freedom, and fearless confidence. She shares her invaluable experiences with our students and general public, mobilizing everyone she comes in contact with. 

Administration, Human Resources and Finance

Magdaline was born in New York City and was raised in Queens, NY. She graduated from Queens Vocational and Technical High School where she studied Computer Technology. She continued her education at Berkely College, concentrating Bachelor’s of Business Administration in International Business, graduating Cum Laude with multiple Dean’s List and Presidential List honors. She is currently a Territory Manager for a Fortune 500 company; prior to that she was Senior Salon Coordinator for a high-end salon on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Magdeline is a treasured member of our team, expanding our reach, and fulfilling our over arching mission across all programs through marketing and public relations.
